根据研究数据，自我介绍在所有的行业被问到的次数都是最高的。这是在所有的问题中，唯一一个应聘者有着充分主动权的问题。应该怎么来回答这个问题呢？
大多数从网上搜到的指导都写得太随意。这里我先来引述一下Robert.Lock的建议：

篇9：外资银行面试着装要求
女士着装建议
【发型】
女生发型的样式可以多一些，长发、短发、半披肩发等均可，但是要注意细节部分;
(1)刘海：固定好刘海，防止需要不停整理刘海造成面试官反感。
(2)长发：建议扎成马尾或挽起来，扎马尾时应注意略高，过低则显拖沓。
(3)短发：斜梳，固定短刘海，耳际的头发尽量放在耳后，露出耳朵，显得精神干练;短发女士不宜烫发，否则会显得不够稳重。
(4)披肩发：建议头发置于肩后，若搭在胸前则显得随意。
(5)烫发染发：烫发的女生建议将头发绑起来，这样显得简洁干练;染发的女生建议低调点，将头发盘起来。
【面部妆容】
女生化妆可以适当选择淡妆，切忌浓妆艳抹，这样给面试官的印象会很不好。面试中要时刻保持妆容干净清爽、无汗渍和油污等不洁之物。
【着装】
女士一般要着正装，穿戴打扮要整体大方而简单。女士的着装有两大选择，即裤装和裙装，这主要是根据季节的变化来适当选择，春季面试一般可选择裤装。
(1)裤子：裤子要选择有垂感的，看起来特别流畅，不建议穿淡色的裤子。
(2)衬衫：衬衫可以有一些修饰，但切忌过于繁琐的花边修饰，让人觉得幼稚不成熟。白色衬衫是面试时被选择次数最多的，也是最保险的。
(3)其他：天气较冷时可以在场外等待时穿个厚外套，进入考场前再脱掉。
【鞋】
女生的鞋子可以选择高跟或者低跟，但走路的时候最好不要有太大的响声。鞋子的颜色应该和裤子搭配，深色的裤子选择深色的鞋子，淡色的裤子选择淡色的鞋子。如果平时不习惯穿高跟鞋，也可以穿中低跟的皮鞋。
袜子建议穿中性或肉色的。
【配饰】
可戴手表，不要戴手链及过于夸张的耳环等配饰，不要用颜色夸张的指甲油，无色透明即可。可携带中等或小型的手提包或公文包。
男士着装建议
【发型】
男士发型要简单、朴素、整洁，不要将头发留太长，前面留海不能过长，两侧头发不能盖过耳朵，后面头发不能盖过衬衫领子。男士不要留鬓角，不要留中分等。头发要保持黑色，切忌不要染发，使用黄色等其他颜色。
【面部妆容】
男士注意脸部清理，面前剔去胡须，避免给面试官邋遢的感觉;如有戴眼镜，应擦干净镜片。

(2)衬衫要纯棉质地，衬衫颜色需选择淡色，以白色和淡蓝色为最佳。大小必须适宜，以长袖为最佳。
【鞋】
男生皮鞋选择：黑色或棕色，真皮，系带(最好是三节头系带的)，鞋面亮光或是磨砂均可。
袜子：袜子应和衣服相协调，颜色多为深蓝、黑色、灰色或棕色，避免白色。
领带：最好选择颜色较深的领带，领带长短应适中，不宜超过腰带。
腰带： 应该与鞋子的颜色相匹配，以皮质为佳。

色彩搭配

关于着装方面的问题，我们可以看看中行资深的hr经理是怎么说的：“我们从国内院校招聘来的毕业生刚开始工作的时候，不论在服装上投入多少金钱和精力，他身上的西装总是穿得不够得体。而那些工作了一两年之后的员工则在穿着上逐渐显露出了成熟与老练的风格，他们在置办衣装上并没花太多钱，但是工作久了，他们逐渐熟悉并认同了国际规范，品位也渐渐提高了。
一般来讲，保守一些的颜色更易被接受，深色西装、白衬衫、黑皮带、黑皮鞋都是商务着装的首选。我们更看重着装的品位而不是品牌，极少有机会穿西装的学生，没有几年穿西装的体验，很难悟出其中的感受。”
因此，毕业生在应聘这些大型银行的时候，需要特别注意形象，但也不用大过关注品牌。对于刚毕业的学生而言，你表现出来的后续发展气质才是真正能够吸引hr经理眼球的地方。
注意事项
一尘不染是起码的要求
着装再得体，也必须要保持干净整洁。如果到处是油渍、汗渍、污渍，还不如不穿。尤其是像北京这样的城市，沙尘比较严重，衣服往往穿一天下来就会很脏，所以保证衣服清洁是最起码的要求。
平整如新：折皱与折扣
面试时穿着的服装必须是熨烫过或者是没有褶皱的衣服。如果学校里没有条件熨衣服，不妨把衣服用衣架挂起来，只要在存放过程当中留意，衣服还是可以保持平整的。
此时不妨请室友互相帮忙照料一下，面试那天清晨才不会因为衣服皱皱巴巴而大伤脑筋。
没有异味：洗澡也能洗缺点
虽然学校的条件也许达不到想什么时候洗澡就什么时候洗那么方便，但是面试之前一定要去浴室好好洗个澡，否则，运动出汗之后产生的怪味一定会让招聘经理十分反感，尤其是在银行的环境中，一般都有空凋，身上的一点点以为都会在空凋屋里被放大。可能你在外面的时候根本没觉得，但坐上一会就知道什么是尴尬了。所以建议大家克服万难，一定在面试之前搞好个人卫生。
女生长发还是短发
近年来，在很多商业企业中都能够看到一些精明、干练的职业女性，她们具有的共同特点之一就是“一头短发”。当然，也不是所有的优秀职业女性都留短发。这里没有必要强调每一位准备参加面试的女生都去剪断长发，只是将较为普遍的情况提供给大家作为参照：年轻的职业女性以短发为多，也最被社会广为认同。
长发并非不可，文秘类工作通常都留披肩发或中长发。有一些女性能够将长发打理得服贴、恰到好处，但并不是所有的人都善于打理好自己的长发。如果你应聘的是管理类职业，满头秀发甩来甩去地难免会被rh经理认为是故意“放电”。因此从“保险”的角度来看，短发更易于打理，更显得专业。
浓妆还是淡妆
一般去银行等大型单位面试，女性需要稍微化一些淡妆，显得更有朝气，如果素面朝天地去面试，很容易因为“面黄肌瘦”、“灰头土脸”的本色而丢分。通常，女性至少应该在眉、唇、颊三个部位上稍下功夫。面色红润、朝气蓬勃才显得更有亲和力，更加干练，也更会受到同事及客户的尊敬。
切忌浓妆艳抹，那不是职业女性尤其是年轻女性应该有的精神风貌。一来与崇尚效率的公司风格不相符，你很可能因为每早“刷墙”而在早上迟到个把小时;二来万一碰上挑剔的女上司，你的浓妆艳抹加上青春的朝气有可能会招致她的嫉妒和排挤;三来作为尚未毕业的学生，带有朴素学生气质的淡妆既符合自己身份，也与面试的要求很吻合。
指甲油与长指甲
作为一个追求正规职业的女性，不要涂指甲油，也不要留长指甲。求职的毕业生一切装扮都应当以专业化为原则。你不妨观察一下银行里的职业女性，她们很少有涂抹指甲油的，而且会经常修剪指甲。
套装成套不成套
女式套装在选配方面较男士西装更为讲究，也更为繁复。男装要求同色配套，而女士套装可以在不同套之间进行搭配，不同颜色之间也可以互相映衬。但总的原则是以深色为宜。不同季节和不同的区域可以适当变通，秋冬季节宜选深色，春夏颜色可稍浅，南方可穿浅色，北方深色更适宜，但不论什么季节和地区，如果只买一套正装，深色套装是最稳妥、保险的。可以在招聘会及平时多观察那些公司的职业女性如何穿着。
在一些著名的银行里，职业女性只能穿着裙子和长袖套装，且无论春夏秋冬、天气冷暖都如此。但是现在，许多女性穿着裤装和短袖上班同样非常专业，而且已经被单位所接受，所以在准备面试着装时不必完全拘泥于外国的规矩。
裙子的长度与宽度
女性的裙装不要太短、太暴露，开气不能太高，否则稍一动作就会很尴尬。在坐着的时候，双腿还需并拢。讲到裙装的风格，建议大家平时多观察外企公司职业女性着装的色调和品位，在不同风格中找出适合自己体形与气质的样式。
袜子破了也不怕
袜子以肉色为宜，黑色和白色只要与服装搭配得当也是可以接受的，搭配的风格和品位可以在平时的观察中多积累经验。另外至少准备一至两双备用袜子放在包中，以便“丝袜勾破”时可以随时换上，免得尴尬。丝袜的长度应该以坐下来之后不会露出腿的本色为宜。
饰物适女不适男

这家公司，其实我不是很熟悉，相比较花旗汇丰等在中国的老牌来说，他显得更加低调。用他们自己的介绍是：有一个很长的历史，但是没有一个很动人的现在。甚至连东亚都比不上。我知道，是因为他们在网上的招聘信息，仅此而已。
决定去面试，在于这家公司将来在中国，一定会攻城略地一样的作为。作为将来跨国公司竞争的主要阵地，中国的市场已经成为各家争夺的要害。我相信，这家外资银行，应该也是这样的。另外一个原因，这个岗位不是我擅长的，但是他们仍然邀请我去。我相信，他们是有诚信，愿意教我东西的。
结果，给我的感觉，并不是这样子。
约好的时间去面试。等待了5分钟，在我可以接受的范围内。但是他们大厅的电视，放着国际电视节目，让我有点吃不消，而且声音还不低。
在等待的时候看到，所有的人，要进入任何意见房间，都必须使用自己的门禁卡，包括厕所。我不觉得这是人性化管理的体现。

在问我问题的同时，两个人基本上都是出于看简历的状态。简历的打印，是一张A4上面打印两张的样子，不是正反打印。所以，上面的'字非常的小。这让我觉得这家公司很吝啬很小气，直接很不人性化了。那么小的字，任何一个人都需要仔细注意才看清楚的啊。而且，两个人都是这样子的。我不知道他们的视力如何，但是我看得出来，两个人看的都很吃力。
其中一个问了3个面试问题，不知道问什么好了。就看另外一个人有没有要问的。另外一个随便问了一个，就转换人了。之后就是这么随便问问的状态。我不知道他们想了解什么，是我的实习经历，还是我的专业，还是我的想法，就是想到哪里了问到哪里。后面问不下去了，问我有没有什么想知道的。以为就这么结束了，所以就提出了我的疑问。
结果，我的疑问环节结束之后，他么继续问我。
结束之后，很着急的送我离开。中间没有任何一秒的停留。
就这样子，之前的好印象都没有了。我知道，我就是来看看的，如果幸运，能够有机会，那是最好。事实上，这种假设的可能性极小。
出来后，看了一下时间，一共20分钟解决所有的问题。我知道，他们不会考虑我，就像我不会考虑他们这个实习生的岗位一样。
回来后，分析了一下，他们的面试，基本上没有任何准备，没有任何记录。问问题的思路，看不出来是什么派别的，既没有bahavior interview，更加没有STAR，其他的也没有。这样的招聘团队，真的是够糟糕的。
当然，我也有做的不够的地方：
第一，面试自我介绍不是很符合我的风格。虽然今天的自我介绍还不错，但是没有充分发挥我的实力；
第二，回答问题的时候，我比较注重STAR的运用；
第三，提问环节，暴露了我进一步的想法：留下来。
出来的时候，发现那家银行笼罩在花旗的阴影之下。我觉得，如果是这样的招聘和HR团队，那么他们还将有一段时间需要笼罩在花旗的阴影之下的。
