(四)金融工程实验室研究岗
职责:负责金融工程实验室每周《流动性与波动率周报》的制作和发布;根据业务实际情况,完善流动性指标和波动率计算模板;定期(月、季、年)撰写相关研究报告;其他金融工程实验室相关工作。
要求:全日制统计学、金融工程、金融数学等专业博士毕业生;具有扎实编程功底,至少能熟练操作一种统计软件;具有良好的英文阅读与翻译能力;具有知名研究机构工作经历及相关工作经验者优先。
(五)信息管理岗
职责:研究院信息平台建设、管理和日常维护;研究院对外信息收集、审核与发布;研究院相关宣传材料的编写和制作;媒体关系维护与舆情监控等。
要求:全日制新闻、传媒、信息管理、金融等专业硕士及以上学位;具有新闻宣传、信息平台管理、媒体推广等相关职位3年以上工作经历;有良好中文写作能力、英文阅读能力;能熟练操作计算机,熟悉信息平台(如网站、微信)建设与维护流程。
(六)博士后工作站学术管理岗
职责:负责博士后在站期间的学术管理及监督工作;组织博士后开题报告会、中期报告会、结题报告会等科研管理工作;负责博士后绩效考评工作;负责其他涉及博士后管理方面的工作。
要求:全日制经济、金融等专业本科及以上学历,博士学历优先;拥有相关机构管理或研究工作经验的人士优先。
(七)财务管理岗
职责:负责财务审核、财务分析和财务制度建设;会计核算与财务管理;财务预算、决算、成本、资金、税收、资产管理等;财务人才队伍建设等。
要求: 全日制本科及以上学历, 具有至少五年以上财务相关工作经验,高级会计师技术职称或注册会计师资格等资格认证者优先;熟知会计、财务知识,熟练使用相关财务软件;系统掌握相关法律法规、方针及政策,了解国际财务、会计通则;具备良好的统计能力和财务分析能力;较强的组织协调能力、沟通交流能力;廉洁奉公,追求创新,严守机密,坚持原则。
(八)资深人力资源管理岗
职责:负责根据公司发展战略,组织制定人力资源战略规划,参与公司重大人事决策。定期组织收集有关人事、招聘、培训、绩效考核、薪酬等方面的信息,为公司重大人事决策提供信息支持;制定公司年度人力资源需求计划;根据公司的情况,制定、完善公司人力资源相关规章制度并组织实施;提出机构设置和岗位职责设计方案,对公司组织结构设计提出改进方案;公司薪酬福利体系有关制度的制定、修订和实施,对公司整体薪酬福利情况进行监控;管理绩效考核工作,建立员工沟通渠道,定期收集信息,建立有效的激励机制等;建立、完善员工职业生涯管理工作。
要求:人力资源管理或相关专业本科及以上学历,至少五年以上人力资源管理经验;熟悉人力资源管理工作流程;对人力资源战略规划、薪酬福利设计、绩效激励考核、员工培训、员工职业生涯设计等方面具有丰富的实践经验;熟悉相关法律法规及政策;具有较强的计划性和执行能力,具备良好的管理能力和决策能力和良好的沟通协调能力。
(九)纪检专岗
职责:做好“廉政评议”工作、组织开展专项检查;起草、拟定公司纪检工作规划、总结等材料;对党风廉政建设和纪检监察工作法律、法规、规章、政策性规定和规范性文件进行梳理,及时开展宣传;查处工作中发现的违规违纪问题;相关会议筹备、活动筹划等;处理纪检申诉。
要求:大学本科及以上学历;中共党员;熟悉纪检监察等相关知识;熟练使用办公软件,具有较强的公文写作能力;有较强的管理、协调能力,原则性强、作风正派,具有大局意识和较好的协调沟通能力,具有纪检、监察等相关工作经验者优先。

(一)徽农支行负责人
任职条件:
